All spa guests are provided with the use of the following during their visit:

• Therapist Consultation
• Complimentary Mighty Leaf Teas and Snacks
• Fruit Infused Water
• Luxurious Robes and Sandals
• Co-Ed Executive Locker Room with Private Changing Areas
• Shower in Restrooms with Complimentary Toiletries
• Relaxing and Calming Décor
Our spa is small and intimate, so last-minute appointments may be difficult to schedule. We encourage booking your spa appointments once your room reservation has been confirmed. Spa appointments for guests not staying on property are limited to mid-week, based upon availability. For reservations and more information, please call the French Manor Inn and Spa at (570)676-3244 or in house, dial extension “131” for the spa reception desk or “0” for the front desk.
Spa treatments are designed for guests aged 18 and older. Nail services may be available for those under age 18 with parental supervision. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For groups of 6 or more, a 21% gratuity will be added for your convenience.

Arrival Time
We suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and prepare for your appointment. We start and end promptly, so arriving late will shorten your treatment time.
Apparel During Treatment
Our guests are professionally draped at all times during treatments. Please discuss any clothing concerns with your therapist if necessary. Jewelry can get in the way your spa experience; we encourage that your leave these items in your guestroom/suite, or car.
Medical Conditions or Allergies
If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please discuss this with your therapist before treatment begins. Services marked with the ** symbol use heat as part of the treatment and are not recommended for guests who have heart conditions, are pregnant, claustrophobic, or sensitive to heat.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 72-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. For cancellations of a shorter notice, there will be a $55 cancellation fee per hour of missed appointments. For same day cancellations or no-shows, services will be billed in full.
