Spa Policies
Arrival Time
We suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and prepare for your appointment. We start and end promptly, so arriving late will shorten your treatment time.
Apparel During Treatment
Our guests are professionally draped at all times during treatments. Please discuss any clothing concerns with your therapist if necessary. Jewelry can get in the way of your spa experience; we encourage you to leave these items in your guest room/suite or car.
Medical Conditions or Allergies
If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please discuss this with your therapist before treatment begins. Services marked with the ** symbol use heat as part of the treatment and are not recommended for guests who have heart conditions, are pregnant, claustrophobic, or sensitive to heat.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 72-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. For cancellations of a shorter notice, there will be a $55 cancellation fee per hour of missed appointments. For same day cancellations or no-shows, services will be billed in full.
